1.SA516G.70N meets the requirements of ASME ASTM A516/A516M standard, and aims to meet the needs of oil gas with high sulfur and hydrogen content, reduce the corrosion of sulfur and hydrogen, reduce the overhaul of equipment and increase the service life of equipment. The steel plate has the following characteristics: good impact resistance, small temperature deformation, good weldability, good fatigue resistance, good anti-laminar spalling performance, micro-alloying, high purity, low carbon equivalent, strong sulfur and hydrogen resistance, good dimensional tolerance and surface quality. It can be used for steel plates with thickness below 200 mm at present.

When the temperature is below 550ºC, 15CrMoR steel plate has high endurance strength.The added Cr and Mo alloy elements make the comprehensive properties of 15CrMoR steel plate greatly improved. For example, 15CrMoR steel plate has good high-temperature mechanical properties, high temperature oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, good toughness, technological properties and weldability.

Q2: How long can I expect to get the metal work sample?
Answer: After you pay the sample charges(if there is) and send us confirmed drawings, the sample will be ready for delivery in 5-7 working days. The samples will be sent to you via DHL, FedEx,UPS,TNT or EMS. It should arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you don't have any account.

Q3: What about the leading time for metal work mass production?
Answer: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity. Normally, 15 workdays to 30 workdays after your deposit if no the samples are confirmed.

Q4: What will we do if the metal work quality is not ok?
Answer: If the quality problem is caused by our mistake, we will make replacement order for free or pay the back product charge and handling charge back to you.
